Theory of a Deadman, Wilson, and Spirit Animal pack the house with their tour stop in Central Illinois. Finishing up the July Rock shows for the Peoria area.

Spirit Animal

Hailing from Brooklyn, NY Vocalist Steve Cooper, bassist Paul Michel, Guitarist Cal Stamp and Drummer Ronen Evron hit the scene in 2010 with their album "The Cost Of Living" and another in 2012 with "This Is A Test". Their underground popularity was noticed and soon their single "The Black Jack White" was picked up and exploded earning them a song on the hit show CSI:NY. Signing recently with Atlantic Records it is just a matter of time before we see these guys headlining!

Wilson

From Rock City Detroit, MI joining on the tour is Wilson. Lead singer Chad Nicefield, lead guitarist Jason Spencer, rhythm guitarist Kyle Landry, bassist James Lascu and drummer Matt Puhy. Recently sporting a new style and look and about to release their third album, "Tasty Nasty" these guys played an amazing set. With songs like "Windows Down", "Act My Age" and a fitting titled, "Summertime Treat" the stage and crowd was hopping with the tunes. A first time in Peoria but recently appeared at Rock On The Range in Columbus, Ohio they definitely built a following here in Illinois.

Theory Of A Deadman

Last but not least the headliners took the stage in a classic manor. Vocalist Tyler Connolly started the evening on the piano. His haunting voice cutting through the now quiet crowd as they all were mesmerized and softly sung along before the rest of the band sounded off. Guitarist Dave Brenner, bassist Dean Back and drummer Joey Dandeneau played all the fan favorites including, "Bad Girlfriend", "Bitch Came Back",  "Angel", and their latest Hit "Rx" also known as "Medicate" Much to the surprise and delight of rock fans in the house Tyler sat once again at the piano and covered Chris Isaac's "Wicked Game" With now 6 albums out we look forward to seeing them again hopefully in the near future!
