A very special show
happened recently at 3rd and Lindsley in Nashville. Dianne
Davidson, in celebration of her new CD release “Breaking all the
Rules”, made a rare public appearance with her “Friends”.
Someone commented that
Dianne sounds as good as ever....actually she sounded better, her
vocals are top notch and her skills as “leader of the band” were
great.
In addition to her
great band Dianne had Mac Gayden sitting in with his sweet slide
guitar sound. Her guest vocalist's helped put the show over the
top.....Tracy Nelson, Bonnie Bramlett, Janis Siegel, and Jonell
Mosser.
Special mention to
Tracy Nelson for her duet with Dianne on “Delta Dawn” and to
Janis Siegel for “Someone to Watch over me”. If you missed this
show you will have to be content with the CD's and a T Shirt for now.
But after seeing what a great time Dianne had performing the on. next
show hopefully will not be too long coming
