This was a wonderful night of Music paying Tribute to a Legend, Mr Glen Campbell. Featured on this Event were Mila Mason,Jimmy Payne, Chris Gantry, Carl Jackson,Dickey Lee, and Glen's Bandleader for almost 2 decades, Jeff Dayton.
For 3 hours a large majority of the hits were performed and at times there was not a dry eye in the house. Jimmy, Carl and Jeff led of the 1st round with such hits as "Woman, Woman" "Arkansas Farmboy" and "Southern Nights" with Chris, Mila and Dickey Lee performing "She Thinks I Still Care" and "Dreams of The Everyday Housewife" and a special tribute from Mila Mason giving us a sneek peek of her, Chris Gantry/Adam Fears new single "Run Like a Girl" to be released in Jan 2015. Kudos to Douglas Corner and Nashville Flipside, it was a night that I hated to see end. Partial proceeds from the show Benefited The Alzheimer's Association Mid South Chapter Middle Tennessee Region.
