The time is upon us once again. What time is it you ask its time for The Rockstar Energy Uproar Festival. With a Killer line up this year the festival can’t fail. The third annual Rockstar Energy Drink UPROAR Festival will kick off August 17 in Kansas City, MO.  Wrapping September 30 in Albuquerque, NM.
