The Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison, Colorado is one of the top rated places to see a concert in the United States. Located on the Eastern slope of the Rocky Mountains, Red Rocks offers a spectacular view of the beginning of the plains and Denver. The museum built into the top of the venue shares many photographs of the many bands that have performed there. No band stands out like the Grateful Dead at the Red Rocks Museum. Behind the venue is the first row of mountain of the Rockies. This was taken in the afternoon before The Dead played back in 2004. See the photo galleries from the show here:
